III. How different is Hello Depot's international calling services from other calling card companies?
1. Post Paid (Pay what you have
used)
With Hello Cellular Service, you only pay for what you have used. You won't have to deal with the inconvenience of purchasing calling cards prior to making any calls. You also won't have to deal with the frustration of disconnected call for lack of funds, get hit with a large connection fees or lose money due to lost or unused cards.
2. No Pins
Hello Cellular utilizes the customer’s cellular phone number as a form of authentication and does not require entering a PIN (Personal Identification Number), thus eliminating the hassle of remembering and entering PIN when making calls.
3. High Voice Quality
Because Hello Cellular uses US TDMs such as, AT&T network, high voice quality can be maintained. Calling card companies that use the Internet for their services may not be able to offer similar quality.

IV. How to
Activate the Hello Cellular Service?
1. Purchase the cellular phone from
Hello Depot
Hello Cellular Service Network is Pre-Programmed on the Number 2 key of the cellular phone sold by Hello Depot.
2. Press key no 2
When Number 2 key is pressed, ”Welcome to Hello Depot, When you hear the dial tone, please dial the international phone numbers you wish to reach, starting digits 011” will be announced and you can then dial your number.

3. Dial the destination number
Place your international call. The process of making International calls will be similar to calls made from regular landlines. For example, - 011 - country code-city code-telephone number. Alternatively, use the speed dial key to place international calls. For instructions on how-to-store numbers in the speed dial key, call 1-800-615-3998 to receive assistance.
V. How does
the Billing work?
Each billing cycle is from the 1st to the 30th of each month. Any promotional free minutes we offer will not be added on to the bill.

Anyone who purchases the Cellular Phone Service from Hello Depot will receive the some free international minutes per month up to 12 months. If allowed free minutes are exceeded, varying charges depending on the countries called will be applied.
